 The new moon on Wednesday was big. I made plans. I didn't get to everything on my list.  There's always some big astrological event. Planets align. The moon is in a good sign while squaring something.  A lot of people think if they just make an attempt on the right day, everything will work out. They just show up, magically their life changes for the better. It doesn't quite work like that. I decided to make a change. I started on Wednesday. I had a very long to do list. Somewhere along the line, I had fear. I believe you have emotions for a reason. I don't think emotions are something to overcome, or that you can't allow them to affect you. Instead of pushing through in spite of my fear, I decided to feel. After a few moments of admitting I had fear, I realized I wasn't afraid of what I wanted to do. I was feeling rushed. Being rushed created stress. What I was really afraid of wasn't the new thing; it was the worry that the new wouldn't be any better ...

  It's a waning crescent in Aries. I have started journaling. I feel compelled to get rid of things so that the path will be clear for new opportunities when the moon is new. I have been getting frustrated with all the messes in my house. This morning I started cleaning as soon as I got up. I had to. The puppy messed in his kennel, which then ran onto the floor. I had to wash dishes so the sink was clear for me to fill the coffee pot. I had to clear trash off the porch so I could get to the barrel to fill dog food bowls. And on and on it goes. Dragons are everywhere. That's comforting. I appreciate their energy and support. We got rid of all the puppies. And then my neighbor decided he wanted both kittens to hunt mice. So I have my bathroom back, and I don't have to pick up towels anymore. We are also back to one litter box and one food bowl. That makes life easier.  I want my studio. My husband has a shop now. He has had a shop for a while. It's taking forever to get a...

 The moon is 100 percent full as I write this. I feel strangely calm; full moons normally give me a restless energy.  Let's talk about what's going on: 1. People in L.A. are peacefully protesting. This is nothing like the Rodney King riots. The military is going in. The United States government neither supports nor protects it's own citizens.  2. Snake season is upon us. This is a timber rattlesnake. I shot it with a .410 shotgun. If you zoom in on the photo, you will see half its head is missing. 3. The pool. My husband got a 20' pool. It's the largest above ground pool they make. He believes I can swim in it. I don't like the smaller pools because about the time I reach out my arm to make the second lap, I am at the edge. We shall see. The pool is going in the circle. We found the snake when we started cleaning the pool area. We have found several rattlesnakes in this area. Putting the pool near a snake den is a very bad idea. But it is the second most level p...

 It's a good day to clean and organize, but don't plant anything. This sign is barren.  No pictures today. I am rapidly running out of energy. I don't feel like doing anything extra.  The tent people got out of my yard, but they didn't really go anywhere. They just moved their car over to my in-laws' yard. And then apparently, they were just going to leave whatever they didn't want here. I pitched a fit about their dogs this morning. My in-laws have a fenced in area where their above ground pool used to be. The dogs were placed inside. There is no shelter- no dog house, tarp, sheet of plywood over saw horses...nothing. I also do not think there's water or dog food.  I cleaned out my pen, which is why I am running out of energy. I did way too much. I raked up piles of dog shit, then carried the bucket deep in the woods to dump out the disgusting contents. I found a large rock to fill in the hole his bored border collie dug.  Good morning, my dears. Today is Wednesday and the last quarter moon is in the sign of Pisces, which means it has been about a month since I wrote down everything I wanted to do with the Tesseract spell. I read some of my older posts yesterday and realized a few things. First, nothing happened. Then several small things changed and I realized maybe it is working. Then I decided to renew the spell whenever the moon is in Capricorn since that's my sun sign. However, now I think the full moon is a better time. Of course, being that this is a complex spell, it might be better if I work/renew as needed. Or maybe I need a couple of days to prepare. It took me a week to figure out how to do the tesseract spell. I did find a very nice book box at Michael's. I think I will keep the spell, and my notes, in this box, which will be cleverly hidden on my bookcase.  I also found a diagram featuring a very different drawing. This one is more star shaped. I use geometry often in my practice....

  I finished the dragon! I posted him on DeviantArt and he has been a huge success. I have gotten more likes for this one picture than any of my other work. He's also gotten a couple of comments and that's unheard of. I rarely get comments. All positive too, and that's really amazing. Since he is doing so well, I decided to boost him. In the past, I have linked my art with moon phases/signs but I haven't been consistent with it. I have tried it enough to know that helps to promote my art, but really I should be trying this more often. I should probably boost every full moon, or try to post art during a Venus hour. I have not done this enough to know what works best for me. This is something I want to change. Using moon signs for art will probably be my focus for the upcoming new moon.  I also decided to update my tesseract spell every full moon. I admit I had forgotten about that spell for a while. I feel like that's a heavy energy spell, something that requires fee...

 Good morning, my dears. Here's what's happening: 1. We have started moving tools into my husband's shop. This is slow going. He had a table top and a set of table legs, but did not realize until he tried to put them together that the top was too short and narrow. Either he has to build a top, or he has to move a different table into the shop. The other table is buried under stuff. 2. I feel inspired to make things.  I intend to make one in every color. 3. I still haven't gotten my settlement. I'm not sure what's going on.  4. The tent people are still here. This morning, one had an interview at 7:30. I have been awake since 5:30 so I could drive him to town. He is still sleeping at 9:30. I feel like a full grown adult should be able to set an alarm, get dressed, and be on the porch ready to go at least half an hour beforehand. The last time I took him to work, I rang a cow bell and woke up everybody. This time I did nothing. I am waiting to see what happens. 5....
