 The past two days have been rather stressful.  First, I killed a copperhead while cleaning up the yard. It was a juvenile, and I saw it before it could strike, but afterwards I decided it was wiser to stay in the house. Next, I got three different confirmations that my distraction spells are working. The main person has started a new job. This job means they acquire new stuff that they can sell. Both the job and the side hustle is keeping them busy. They are no longer focused on me. This is great. The other two supporters of the person's chaos have been been struck with problems. One has migraines and the other is apparently having martial issues. Neither seem concerned with me. I also think their problems are keeping them from the group that was gossiping, so the group is sort of dissolving. This is also great. Last night, one of our puppies started screaming. I couldn't see anything wrong with her. This morning her neck is swollen. Occasionally, she bumps her neck and then ...

  Technically, this happened when the cat knocked over my plant ward. It's not new. The angel guards. The jar is a spell to keep my enemies entangled in their own problems so they can't bother me. But I have carefully considered all my protective spells and I believe this one is keeping people tied to me. It works great for family members I can't avoid or for inconsiderate neighbors. Most of the problematic family have moved away, and I now have a well defined property line, so I don't think I need the jar anymore. I dumped the threads onto the burn pile. Most of the thread is synthetic and cannot be composted. I washed the jar, then put it in my greenhouse. I can use the jar as a terrarium. I cleaned the mirror, then reset the angel. I moved the plant to a different window.  I hope this is the end of my wards being hit for a while. Things are chilled a bit since I added in the distract/forget charms, other than the first push back. That's the way protective majick ...

  Yesterday, our cat knocked over one of my plant wards. He damaged the plant and knocked most of the dirt out of the pot. He also moved the other two wards in the window. This still counts as my wards taking a hit, even though I know it was the cat. The how it was destroyed is irrelevant. We are looking at something meant for protection has been damaged; that's how we know the ward did its job. The plant absorbed the psychic energy of the attack. Monday was also a very stressful day. Clearly some energy got through to me, but nothing completely stopped me or ruined anything in my life. Though I will say that the cat knocking over the plant symbolizes internal forces being the cause of the negativity. But I already knew who is my enemy. This is confirmation.  Again, I am not surprised. I added to my wards. I charmed these prisms to distract. If the person with a grudge doesn't think about us, then they can't cause trouble.   I noticed something hit one of my protective wards in my kitchen, right after I reset a couple of my plant wards. I made a note on my calendar. I noticed that this happened during a Leo moon. I decided to track whenever my wards took a hit, and maybe I could figure out who was sending bad vibes my way.  Today I found this old ward that I made for my daughter when she traveled out of state with her grandparents. This is a magnetic box. I have a metal work table in my studio. I made several business wards, then stuck them under the table. None of those have fallen. I am not sure when it fell. I think maybe it fell a few days ago, but I wasn't really paying attention. It could have fallen when the moon was in Leo.  I sort of forgot about this one, as it was more of a one time ward. My daughter only needed protection for two weeks. But I find it interesting that it fell after the other one did. I think I know who is causing problems, and I am not the least bit surprised tha...

 I expanded my horse art. This is Diva, a work in progress. She is a plastic toy horse, and her head moves up and down. I added fabric stars.  I randomly cut out stars without counting. I thought I had enough stars, but then I realized one was left over and it seems a waste to leave the one out. So I put it on her belly. Diva's mane is pulled up just so her hair won't get glued to her body. She doesn't have a tail. I started making a new one.  I think Diva will have a mossy base with additional stars. I was going to make one of my 8 point stars for a base, but since I started with 5 point stars, I think I should use them throughout.  Diva came from a thrift store. I bought a foal at the same time, but it isn't finished. I wasn't sure how I would use Diva because I wanted to leave her head and neck movable.  It only took two days! Actually, more like a day and a half since the sale went through yesterday evening. I didn't see it until this morning when I checked my email. Doing something  with the shop every day works. I am still updating listings by the signs. For the second day in Aries, I updated a sun sticker. Today the moon is in Taurus, an earth sign. I decided to update a tree sculpture. I think the tree is very good art, and it should have sold by now. I should mention, that what sold wasn't one of the items I updated. That's fine. One less listing to update.  Another bonus to updating the listings is that it gives me a good place to refer art consultants without me having to create a website to promote my work. Being a successful artist is all about how you are selling art, rather than being about making art.  Yesterday, I mopped my mother's kitchen.  I was woefully unprepared for the task. I felt like I was just pushing dirty water around. I finally decided it was good enough for a first pass. I could come back later with stronger soap and a scrub brush. The floor was slippery. I decided to warn my mother. I tried to tell her. She couldn't hear me. I told her I had mopped. Before I could tell her anything else, she interrupted to tell me the mop was hanging up in the kitchen.  We yelled back and forth for a few minutes, me trying to tell her I already mopped the floor, and her acting like I was stupid for not being able to find the mop hanging in plain sight. Finally, she asked what I wanted her to do. I told her to stay off the slippery floor. She said okay. As usual, she has to have the last word. So when I got to the backdoor, I heard her say, I'll go in my kitchen whenever I please. So I presume she has fallen and broken her hip, and when I finally come over to finish cle...

  I really needed to update my Etsy shop listings. Today I decided to update by element. The moon is in Aries, which is a fire sign. What do I have for sale that's fiery? A candle! So I updated one listing. This is nice because it keeps me from getting overwhelmed. Uploading and editing photos is a lot of work. Staging a photo shoot for fire was fun. 7 Day Road Opener candle, now in my shop.

 I have a moon phase app; that's how I know which sign the moon is in. Originally, I used moon signs for gardening. I have slowly started applying other things to the path of the moon as it travels across the sky. I also have a calendar with astrological information. The moon just left Pisces. Tomorrow, according to my calendar, the moon enters Aries. According to the app, the moon is already in Aries. I don't think the two track void of course in the same way.  Whatever the sign, I am feeling very out of sorts. For the last two days, I have ached all over, which I thought was from the humidity being so damn high. But this morning I started displaying some long covid symptoms, even though I haven't had covid 19 in a while. IDK what's going on. But I can tell you that it is really hard to keep my sugar in range during times like this. Exercise is the key to me staying in range. However, aching everywhere means I don't want to move.   These are magnetic tiles on my refrigerator. Here I was mainly trying a layout, and considering how much I could do. I decided the best approach was to have a design in mind, (this one could be for stability), to clean each magnet, add a number or affirmation, arrange by color, give each magnet a job, then empower the whole thing. I will leave these up until the goal manifests. After making this one, I made another in a hexagon shape. The hexagon is for a business idea I have. With the business idea, I decided to use my journal to manifest the outcome I want. I like to use as many layers in my spells as possible. I started questioning what steps I would need to take.
