Three to Four Days

  Good day, my dears. The desktop is working again. I am able to write blog posts again and make them as long as I please, with as many pictures as I want. This lantern picture is two spells in one. I bought the lantern at an estate sale. Finally, I hung it on my mantle. I decided to get an LED candle because live flames tend to get hot. I found the perfect little LED candle at DollarTree, but the thing is the exact diameter of the holder. I have not figured out how to resolve this yet.  But anyway, I wanted a few candles for daily work. I decided I needed a candle for writing/creative endeavors. And maybe a business candle, so customers can find my art. I decided the lantern could be used for all of those. Whenever I solve the holder problem, I will polish the lantern and add a few runes. Multiple Benefits

  Yesterday I hung this up. I paid for it last night. It doesn't look like much, but it involved lots of climbing and reaching. I am not 19 anymore, so my neck and shoulders ached. I hung this up to block the mess on the porch. I intended to move my husband's toolbox, but after I got this halfway up, I realized I had grabbed a sunshade instead of a tarp. I just kept going.  Almost immediately, it dropped the temperature of the porch several degrees. That alone was worth doing. The porch is now more private. I think I can probably do Witchcraft out here now. At the very least, I can read Tarot. I have been wanting to do spells on the porch because the porch is a between place.  I only wanted to cover up the mess, but the sunshade has many benefits. From the window, I can see the yard, but anyone in the yard can't see me at the window. They might be able to see me on the porch if the light was on. The New Moon, Now in Cancer

 I have discovered that I can't do yoga. My body simply doesn't bend the way it once did. I think I have a bit of a pelvic tilt. I found the pose to cure it. I can't get into that position anymore. I have tried. I'm trying to do the pose every day, in hopes that I can bend a little farther back each time. Instead, my leg muscles ache miserably. Being physically weak is frustrating. I have read my horoscope several times during the weekend. Each one promised this week will be big; life changing, even. Nothing has happened yet.  I have been struggling to clean my house. My husband makes messes as fast as I can clean. Several times, I have completely cleaned and organized an area, just to have him come behind me and dump stuff in the newly cleaned place. I don't know if he doesn't know where to put things, or if having hoarder parents has made him opposed to empty space.  I started searching for galleries that would want my horse art. Some Thoughts on Majick

 I believe in layers of majick. I pack as many correspondences as I possibly can into my spells. I think about colors, numbers, and directions. I use herbs from my garden that I planted under particular signs. I spin cords using my grandmother's threads while I chant. I add runes to art. I put mirrors under cloth washed in rain water. I take pictures of spells then post them to social media so that strangers liking my posts adds energy to my spells.  Which made me wonder- if the Internet can power spells, could other things? What about electricity? Could I write a petition, put it under a lamp, and every time the lamp is on, my spell is empowered?  What about highways? Roads directing people to places? The rush of wind, the longing to see new places, the hum of engines churning miles, turning gasoline into logistics- is that not power? Could I use it? Venus & Jupiter in Harmony

 Today the moon is in Aries. Also, Venus and Jupiter have an alignment. You are to destroy obstacles, then think positive thoughts to achieve your best life. To me, this sounds like a good time to work my tesseract spell. Maybe for you, it's vision board time. Just think ahead. I have made a few changes. One is fig leaf tea. It sounds strange, but it seems to be working. I was told boiled fig leaves have a coconut/vanilla flavor. This isn't exactly true. It smells nice, but the flavor is very LIGHT. I was expecting it to taste like wet leaves; it doesn't. At first I added it to my coffee. It does make my stomach feel strange. Not hurting, just pressure. I cut back to one shot glass. I think a shot when I take my long lasting insulin is best. At this point, I do not believe there is any one thing that will stabilize my blood sugar. But there are things that will help. Full Moon Post

 Good afternoon, my dears. I am struggling today. I had several allergic reactions last night. The combo of lacking sleep and antihistamines has me dragging. I did a spell to remove the allergens. Enough already.  I am making lots of notes, so that when I am able to think, I will have a list of things to do. I've had several art ideas, but I lack the energy and focus to do them.  I am also deep cleaning my house. I am trying to get rid of any allergen residue.  My daughter has shown an interest in cooking. This makes my life easier. Goddess bless my child, she is a gift and I am grateful.  I have some wine. I intend to relax this evening.  My a1c has greatly improved. I feel much better about my health overall. I am trying to bolster creativity among fellow artists. AI Is the Dream World

 I figured it out. AI is just the dream world made manifest in reality.  Nothing is ever perfect in dreams. We know this. We don't care. We rationalize "it's a dream" and move on. AI is weird. If we notice, we say, "It's AI. It always gets a few minor details wrong."  We all want to have good dreams. That's why we use AI for everything. Almost everyone dreams. If they don't, we wonder what is wrong with them. AI has become commonplace. If someone says they don't use it, or they don't like AI stuff, we wonder what is wrong with them. AI is everywhere. How could you possibly avoid it? Sometimes we have nightmares. Sometimes AI is so screwed up, so wrong, that we just can't look at it. We delete and try a different prompt. Most dreams are simply because your brain is sorting through everything it has seen during the day. AI doesn't create anything new.
