Internet!
I got Wi-Fi to my desktop computer! Yay!
I also cleaned off my desk and found a lot of stuff, some I forgot about, and others that I had been looking for.
I did a money spell yesterday. Money is still coming in. Which is a relief.
I see I have to set more boundaries. I am struggling to take care of dogs that aren't mine.
I think I figured out where my Halloween decorations are stored. At this point, I don't feel like getting them out.
I am eager to make art. I have lots of ideas. I am feeling resentful of chores. And of people.
I feel like the in-laws are up to something again. I am trying a different approach- now I am verbally saying, "I release these feelings so I can move on." This does not give me an instant feeling of calm. I still feel anxiety no matter how many times I try to let go of the negative influence. But I am aware of the problem, and I am taking steps to resolve it. I think that is progress even if what I am currently doing isn't working. I think starting is important. I will learn something. It's only a waste if I do nothing with the knowledge. Of course, sometimes I think I should be a bitch and say what I really think. The high road is difficult. Shadow work usually reveals more issues; as soon as one is resolved, you will find more. It is also highly frustrating to be working on myself while everyone around me seems content to be a useless slug with no intent of improving anything.
I discovered people are 3D printing on clothes. I was like, ooooohh! And tiktok showed me more. People are 3D printing dragon scales on cloth for costumes. And liking those videos led to more 3D printing videos, until I found the woman who called herself a ho of hobbies. She said 3D printing was the hobby for your hobbies, then she showed all the things she had printed for herself like bead storage trays with lids, tiny totes, boxes customized for her projects and the storage space she has, and her embroidery floss labels. Now I have ideas for how to make my art easier. THEN I found the people who buy thrifted sweaters to reclaim the yarn. That led to people buying thrifted t-shirts to make t-shirt yarn. I also found a weaving website that sounds like Ravery, but it's weaving patterns and it does the math for you. I'm not a weaver by any means, but I do appreciate the beauty of such a system. I love that we are surrounded by AI yet we are using technology to support our creative lives.
And I just had a de ja vu. Obviously this post is fate. I wrote it before. Now I want to try meditation before writing to see if my blog becomes more popular.
Blessed be, my dears. Stay safe and well.
